Induction/Orientation Day
Orientation is conducted for all new students prior to commencing classes. The orientation is designed to familiarise students with the Institute, the staff and the study requirements involved for their chosen course. The process of applying for a student work visa and tax file number is also addressed.
The induction aims to address any concerns raised by the students and assist them with any queries that inevitably arise in the event of such a big move.
During the induction, students will receive a copy of their timetable, orientation manual and course calendar. Students will also be issued with course materials, a student ID card and a Health Insurance (AHM) card.
What Should I Bring To Orientation Day
- A ballpoint pen or something to write with
- 2 x passport size photographs
- Matrix or ELICOS Certificate
Please bring with you the following documents if you have not provided the originals prior to Induction/Orientaion Day:
- Valid Passport
- Highest Education Certificates (minimum year 12)
- IELTS Certificate (minimum score band of 5.5)
