Students Support Services

TEA is working with students around the globe, the councilors are available for students Guidance. At TEA students, support officers are the first priority of students to get in touch, during the course or any time of the year. For consultation and advice students support officers are always there from Monday to Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM.

Students support officers have access on the wide resources including the Placements, Pathways, Accommodation services, legal and health services to students and many other students’ welfare services for students. Infect all the staff at TEA include students, teacher, trainers, administrative staff are available any time to help students.

Summary of Support and facilities: 

  • Orientation and induction program
  • On-line access to learning resources and assessment on intranet
  • TEA remains open six days a week Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays and Sundays - 9am to 4pm, enabling students to access resources, facilities at their own convenience even on days they have no scheduled classes
  • Scanning, photocopy, email, Wi-Fi, computer lab, and reference library
  • First aid and qualified first aid certificate holder staff on different days
  • Student Counselling services for academic and non-academic issues affecting student progress
  • Assistance in finding accommodation to international students
  • Warning regarding poor course progress, before cancellation
ESOS framework

The College, universities, and many other institutes that are working under the CRICOS are governed by the ESOS framework, which had legislations regarding National code of Practice as well as legislation to follow towards the institute as well. These are the institutes especially those who are giving Training and education as well.

English Language Literacy and Numeracy

Your TEA Understands always care for your basic skills including the English language skills as well. Improving your Basic English skills will break down the barriers the participants face in the start of their international education. TEA believes that all the students who are studying at institutes must have the basic approach towards the linguistic skills which will further identify their vocational training skills.
